We are glad to invite you to take part in our January Education Fair 2012.
It will include 2 cities:

• ODESSA (27 January 2012)
The Educational Fair 2012 will take place in MOZART hotel, which is the only hotel in Odessa reconstructed according to the exact copy of the same hotel of the early 19 century. The hotel is situated not far from the so-called old Odessa, a historical center of the city.
Odessa hotel «MOZART» will amaze you with luxury and perfection of its architectural style Empire. It will give you comfort and friendly atmosphere.

• KIEV (28 January 2012)
The Educational Fair 2012 will take place in RUS hotel, which is located in the heart of Kiev, close to the main street of the capital – Kreschatik and to the basic sights and central shopping centers of the city, and therefore is ideal both for a business trip and for leisure. Rus hotel, being a Kiev hotel, provides policy and strategy favorable to the development of the business visits and tourism in Ukraine.

Our event in Kiev will include 4 parts:

- Fair in work-shop format (from 12:00 pm till 5 pm). During this time you will communicate with Fair's visitors, your potential clients. After the Fair you can contact them directly, all contacts which you will get during the Fair will stay with you.

- Conference “Foreign Language in Business” (from 10:00 am till 2 pm) for Language Schools. During this time Language schools will have time (40 min) for presentation. It can be information about school + open lesson or speech dedicated to importance of foreign language in business. Visitors of this conference - employees of the companies, interested in education of their stuff.

- Presentation Time (from 2 pm till 5 pm). During this time Universities, Higher Education Schools, Boarding Schools will present their programs at conference room to visitors. It can be presentation or opened lesson.

- Promotion Quiz at registration stand (from 12:00 till 5 pm). We plan that we, with your help, will prepare questions about your education institution and every 30 min we will make quizzes from our partners (from you) and from 4pm till 5 pm we would like to organize rewarding of winners. It will entertain visitors, while they will be waiting. 

Also on Aspect's stand will be placed plasma TV-set, where we will show information about institutions that take part in the Education Fair 2012.

The cost for the Fair (in EURO):
Kiev – 1350,00
Odessa – 870,00

The cost of participation includes:
- Exhibition in Odessa on January 27 (Mozart hotel)
- Exhibition in Kiev on January 28 (Rus hotel)
- Participation on conference or presentation in Kiev 
- Institution profile on Aspect web page
- Dinners in Odessa and Kiev
- Coffee-breaks in Kiev and Odessa
- Qualified interpreter help during the entire Exhibition period

January Educational Fair 2012 is an excellent possibility to advertise your programs!
